Geraldton Fishermen’s Co-operative’s 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 19 November 2020 from 2:30 pm.

This year’s meeting will be held at GYBES Events and Functions (formerly POSH), 218 Marine Terrace, Geraldton (next door to the Geraldton Yacht Club). For our Southern Members, the meeting will be live-streamed to GFC’s Boardroom in the Welshpool facility at 62-66 Banksia Road, Welshpool.

We will need to operate the AGM a little differently this year. Due to State Government still operating under Phase Four of the Western Australian Governments Pandemic Plan, both the GYBES venue and GFC’s Welshpool facility are operating under strict guidelines that only allow one patron per two square metres.

The AGM is your opportunity to learn about your Co-operative first hand from the Board and Management. It’s a chance to ask questions, meet the Management team and catch up with your fellow Members. We encourage all GFC staff, fishers, investors, share and debenture holders and their partners to come along and participate.

Keep an eye out for your 2020 Annual Report and associated documents which contain valuable information about Special Resolutions that will be presented at the AGM. This pack will be mailed on Monday 26 October 2020.
