NOTICE OF 2018 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the 69^th Annual General Meeting of the Geraldton Fishermen’s Co-operative Ltd will be held at 2:30pm on Thursday, 15^th November 2018, at;

Geraldton University Centre (GUC), 33 Onslow Street Geraldton,

GFC Board Room, 62-66 Banksia Road, Welshpool via video conference.

All members are encouraged to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

AGENDA

Ordinary Business

1. Approve the minutes of the 68^th Annual General Meeting held on 2^nd November 2017.
2. Chairman’s Report.
3. Directors’ Election Results.
4. To receive the Directors’ Report and the Accounts for the year ended 30^th June 2018 and to take questions or comments from members.

General Business

5. Transact any other business which may be dealt with at the Annual General Meeting.

At the conclusion of the formal meeting there will be a presentation and discussion on the latest Co-operative initiatives and a discussion on TACC.

We request that you submit your questions by email prior to the meeting to enable a complete response to be presented on the day.  Questions from the floor will still be taken as usual.  Please forward your questions by Friday, 9^th November 2018 to: kaye@brolos.com.au
