Geraldton Fishermen’s Co-operative is the largest rock lobster processor in the world, employing around 400 permanent and casual staff each year.
Our peak recruitment period for casual roles usually begins in September, with hours and operations ramping up in October/ November and lasts until late March-April. We recruit from Geraldton in the Midwest, along the WA coast, and Fremantle and Welshpool in Perth.
